Three little questions

It’s so easy to react when someone’s annoyed you or done something you think is a breach of an agreement or overstepped the mark. And out of your mouth comes a whole lot of words that may feel good at the time but don’t actually help.

To get the best out of a difficult situation, think about what you want to achieve first!  

If you don’t want a difficult situation to get worse – you need to stop and think before you react. 

Be clear on what does “good” look like to you in this situation?

And you can do that by asking yourself three little questions that can have a BIG impact.
