"Leave your emotions at the door" was once the motto repeated across our workplaces. But today, things are different.
We want our team members to feel pride in their work, we want them to feel connected to their team mates, we want them to care about clients.
As people we are biologically programmed to experience emotions - so like it or not, if you’re an owner or a manager, you’re going to have team members who are going to feel emotions.
But what about you – as the owner or manager? What about when you feel yourself getting frustrated, stressed or anxious?
