Prior to Narelle relocating to Port Macquarie from Canberra in October 2015, her career also included working in management roles in training (private and public sector), human resources, the hospitality industry, including the establishment of her own business, and alternative dispute resolution in Department of Defence.
Narelle’s qualifications include national accreditation as a Mediator and Conflict Management Coach (National Mediator Accreditation Scheme), Certificates in Mediation, Workplace Conflict Resolution and Group Facilitation (Department of Justice & Attorney General, Brisbane), Graduate Certificate in Dispute Resolution (Griffith University, Brisbane), Graduate Diploma in Counselling (Wesley Institute, Sydney), Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (Canberra Institute of Technology) and Master Practitioner in NLP (Inform Training and Research Ltd, Sydney).
