HR Breakfast Club

In conjunction with the Mid North Coast NSW Business Chamber, The Resolution Network hosts a bi-monthly HR Breakfast Club in Port Macquarie with Mayo Injury Management Services and in Taree with Mayo Injury Management Services and Clinical Psychology Solutions (CPS).

The aim of this group is to:

  • Provide local business managers and owners with the opportunity to develop better “people management” skill and increase their knowledge and confidence
  • Provide a confidential and collaborative learning forum in which people can share from their own experiences
  • Improve local businesses through better people management practices

The topics covered at the HR Breakfast Club are chosen by the members of the group and in 2017, we will be exploring:

  • Managing different personalities in the workplace
  • Addressing negativity in the workplace
  • How to get the best out of your people
  • How to successfully address conflict in the workplace
